This trip was not only about attending the exhibition. We also arranged customer visits and spent time looking into the local beauty market. By meeting customers face to face and walking through the exhibition, our team was able to learn more about what products are popular in the Philippines, what packaging styles are being used, and what local buyers are paying attention to.
For EMERALD, visiting different markets is an important part of product development. It helps us stay close to real market demand instead of only following trends from a distance.
We will continue to visit more markets and exhibitions, communicate with customers directly, and bring these first-hand observations back to our product development and OEM/ODM projects.
